Directions
I won't call myself a professional quilter but a well seasoned one. I don't know about you but sometimes I don't think I need to read directions. Well unfortunately I spent most of my time ripping out what I have put together this week. The lesson here is reading directions will save you a lot of time. That brings me to a question. If you make mistakes do you put the project away or do you push on and finish it? I am thankful this is a project for Miles Of Stitches or it might have been put in the bottom drawer of my fabric dresser and left there for a while. The pattern itself is not hard but I did need to pay attention.

Here we are at the end of another busy weekend. I'm looking forward to a quiet week. I'm hoping to get into my sewing room and work on a new project. Miles Of Stitches has a new book called Patchwork Palette by Donna Lynn Thomas and I have found a pattern that looks like something I would like to try. The name of the pattern is Pineapple Fizz, lots of flying geese.
What are your projects for the week? Are you starting a new one or finishing one already started.
